Hey,
my name is Florian. 26 years old from Giessen, Germany. I work as a male nurse and if everything works right, i'm about to study medicine next year.

A friend showed me some Kaki videos on youtube in late 2006. One by one i downloaded all her CD's (at this time they cost about 40$ at Amazon) and fell in love (now i have everything in original, calm down ). I play guitar since almost 7 years now and acoustic guitarrists/Cd's bored me all the time because instrumental guitar players seemed to me like "look here, i have so much skills" then there was Kaki with this beautiful melodies. Ok, she has skills, no doubt but her songs are more arranged in this "pop scemes" like -verse-chorus..... (i don't speak about the dreaming of revenge stuff)
Late 2007 i get to know Kaki's ex Sara over myspace and she told me that Kaki's gonna visit her and play a little concert in Cologne. As i saw and met her back then she was totally grown up to my absolutely favourite artist.

What's up? I"m Joe. I've been playing guitar for about 12 years now, and I love to write music. I'm 18, and I'm going to start college in a couple of weeks. I used to wrestle in middle school and high school. Now I'm a wrestling coach at my old high school. Currently, I'm really into a genre of music called shoegaze.

I need some help with what tunings Kaki uses for her songs. I'm so glad I discovered this forum. It's great!

Whats up guys, I am Annie and I am a music education major currently studying in Columbia Missouri. I play jazz trumpet and have recently started to learn finger tapping on guitar and have become very passionate about it. I heard Kaki King and immediately became obsessed... One of my favorite songs is solopsist and also Life Being What it Is. (Which I recently discovered includes lyrics from various notes people have written Kaki?) Anyway, my dream is to see Kaki perform.
