well, my names james, im 17, I live in Canada, and have been a fan of kaki king since Legs to Make Us Longer came out and i saw her on Letterman. I have been playing acoustic finger style guitar for quite some years now, and Obviously Kaki King serves as a major inspiration. lol. And ya...anyone else?

im 20, from miami, been playing guitar for 7 years. the first song of kaki's i heard was kewpie station on a local radio show and that was just before Everybody Loves You was released. I was frantic trying to google her name to learn as much as i could about her music but came up with nothing. im not even quite sure if she had a website at that time. i went to every record store around trying to find her music but never had anything to show, at least for some time.
im lucky ive been able to experience the span of her career. what transformation shes made from ablum to album but they are all so distinctly her. i enjoy it all from start to end. and im exceptionally happy to hear her voice more on Dreaming of Revenge. Its like nectar on toast :]

I'm Sarah, 21 living in Australia. I first heard of Kaki King through her work on Tegan & Sara's album The Con, and when she toured with them last year. Just saw her again last weekend in Melbourne. Let's hope this board gets up and running - she deserves it!

I'm Kamal, all the way in sunny Singapore. I've been a Kaki fan ever since I saw her live on the conan obrian show. I've never seen anyone play guitar like the way she did before. Plus, she looked pretty cute too.

So I bought her .... Red album soon after that and got totally blown away. Then I discovered her earlier material on youtube. I kinda liked her earlier, more technical material better. Either way, I think she rocks!

a friend of mine told me that i looked like this performer 'kaki king' so i checked her out... and i just love all her work, each album she just gets better and better. i saw her in the spiegeltent in melbourne and a few weeks ago at the corner.. both awesome shows. I'm loving this forum!
