Will Aroma therapy work to calm a rowdy 4 yr old boy?
What is the best to use and how to administer it?
My daughter who will be 8 this month has been hyper all her life. The doctors and some of her teachers wanted her on medication, but I do not believe in a lot of meds. I am a Wellness Consultant, and like to find other ways. I found this sleep system in December and it has changed our lives, she used to talk all night in her sleep and get up at least 10 times sleep walking. Just after a week even her teacher noticed a difference in the amount of talking and her concentration. This has no side effects, I would bet that your son is really smart and learns things quickly. This is how my daughter is and because her mind did not slow down she was not getting restful sleep which made her hyper beyond belief during the day. Now we have much better days and she is a lot happier, she used to have break downs, because she did not understand why she did some things.
